We have specially assembled this beautiful, real 2-2 True Dual exhaust system and it is complete, with real True Dual manifolds, with heat shields that run straight without a step and the 2.5" mufflers in 36" length (optionally also in 33" available), with the nice fish tail end caps to finish. A really great system for our classic fans, it fits the tourers from 1987 to 2005. We deliver it in beautiful chrome and coated in matt black. With the new TCM8 E1 Thorcat Evo module we offer a beautiful sound that preserves the urban Harley sound. The attachment is done quickly, there are no servos, flaps or interventions in the electronics. Checking, cleaning and adjusting the carburetor is recommended. S

GENERAL SAFETY TIPS
• Be sure to follow the installation instructions and, if necessary, seek assistance from our technical support team. Ensure that all screws are sufficiently tightened.
• Do not stand behind the exhaust system during initial start-up and do not look inside it while it is running.
• Do not touch the system while it is in operation to avoid burns.
• After 30 minutes of engine running and again after 500 km, retighten the screws on the manifold flanges!
• Regularly check all screw and plug connections on the system.
• During the first 100 km, it is normal for white smoke to come out of the muffler.
Thorcat exhaust systems used on US-import Harley-Davidson models (chassis number usually begins with 1HD1 ....) must be entered in the vehicle documents in accordance with §19 StVZO.
Your exhaust system with Thorcat System TCM8 E1/E2, ME23 1/2/3 etc.) has an EC ABE that is legal to operate throughout the EU. All statements regarding the conformity of the exhaust system refer to the exhaust system “as delivered.” Removing the welded Thorcat module sets, modifying, drilling, converting, removing catalytic converter cartridges, and modifying or replacing insulation materials is prohibited and will result in the loss of the operating license.
