Extraordinary design and true "machismo" A dual system and with the best sound - and EU approval
This beautiful DESPERADO dual system for our Chicano fans with fishtail end caps and EG ABE fits the Softail. (except Breakout / Rocker C) The system has a nice urban Harley sound with the new TCM8 Thorcat module. The attachment is done quickly, there are no servos, flaps or interventions in the electronics. An adjustment of the injection system is not necessary. We deliver these systems in the ceramic matt black coated version, with new manifold gaskets and the beautiful FishTail end caps ready for operation. The attachment is no problem for the private person with the enclosed attachment instructions. A really great system with a perfect price-performance ratio. This system is a custom-made product and therefore a special order.
Regarding the length specifications of the end pots: The 36 inch system protrudes a good 15 cm over the original license plate holder and is perfect for extended suitcases and excavator conversions. The shown 39 inch system with fishtail end caps protrudes a good 25 cm over the original license plate holder.

COMPLIANCE-WARNUNG
• Be sure to follow the installation instructions and, if necessary, seek assistance from our technical support team. Ensure that all screws are sufficiently tightened.
• Do not stand behind the exhaust system during initial start-up and do not look into it while it is running.
• Do not touch the system while it is in operation to avoid burns.
• After 30 minutes of engine running and again after 500 km, retighten the screws on the manifold flanges!
• Regularly check all screw and plug connections on the system.
• During the first 100 km, it is normal for white smoke to come out of the muffler.
Thorcat exhaust systems used on US-import Harley-Davidson models (chassis number usually begins with 1HD1 ....) must be entered in the vehicle documents in accordance with §19 StVZO.
Your exhaust system with Thorcat System TCM8 E1/E2, ME23 1/2/3 etc.) has an EC ABE that is legal to operate throughout the EU. All statements regarding the conformity of the exhaust system refer to the exhaust system “as delivered.” Removing the welded Thorcat module sets, modifying, drilling, converting, removing catalytic converter cartridges, and modifying or replacing insulation materials is prohibited and will result in the loss of the operating license.
